The Contest is simple:
1. Create your online video, Seesmic is recommended (sponsor)
2. Video must be 140 seconds or less
3. Video must be tagged: whatistwitter
4. Blog and submit your video url via the form or hosting site.
6. Tweet #whatistwitter along with video url

Your video will be judged based on the following criteria.

1. Creativity
2. Use of graphics
3. Use of audio/music
4. Props (puppets, cutouts, etc.)
5. Your explaination of how you use twitter.
